The BHA kit is the latest innovation from EMCO. This kit allows front engine vehicles with a Muncie bolt pattern to mount the transaxle to the rear of the car, separating it from the constraints of the engine and bell housing. This allows a front engine car to have a rear mounted transaxle while utilizing a standard drive shaft concept. Freedom to mount the engine and transaxle separately allows for lower Center of Gravity as well as the ability to better adjust the handling characteristics of the vehicle. The BHA can be fitted with numerous input shaft lengths and crank pilot bearing snouts. A wet bearing package and billet 300 M slip yoke with 1350 series Spicer U-Joint are used. This concept is race proven with wins at the 24 Hours of Daytona.
